Uganda opposition figure Bobi Wine dragged from car by police

Police manhandle Ugandan opposition presidential candidate Bobi Wine from his car as he speaks to journalists during an online media event. Wine, whose real name is Robert Kyagulanyi, has announced that he will file a complaint against President Yoweri Museveni at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity.
