Uganda police disrupt opposition presidential candidate Bobi Wine in media event

Police officers interrupt Ugandan popstar and opposition figure Bobi Wine as he talks to journalists in a video web event over the phone from his car. Wine, whose real name is Robert Kyagulanyi, has announced that he will file a complaint against President Yoweri Museveni at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity.
