The Biden administration has sidestepped any direct action against Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, despite an intelligence report on Friday revealed his involvement in the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The Biden administration is seeking to “recalibrate”, not “rupture” the US-Saudi relationship, State Department spokesman Ned Price said at a news conference in Washington defending the Biden administration’s decision not to sanction the crown prince - the de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia.
