US FDA approves Moderna vaccine on emergency basis: Report

A panel of experts advising the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has recommended the emergency use of a second coronavirus vaccine.
The committee endorsed the Moderna vaccine, one week after backing the Pfizer-BioNTech product that is being administered across the United States.
