The world cheered when the first batch of coronavirus vaccines finally began to be rolled out. Less than two months later, however, the production, transportation and distribution of these vaccines have already been teetering in disarray. The limited capacity of major vaccine manufacturers is not enough to deliver the promised production, leaving many countries scrambling for limited supplies. Strong economies are stockpiling vaccines, leaving less wealthy countries to face a severe pandemic without this protection. Even more tragically, due to some governments' poor management, many vaccines have been ruined, resold or left unused, leaving those who need it most behind.
