Washington, DC mayor speaks as emergency order continues after Capitol riot | LIVE

Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser is expected to speak on Thursday, a day after angry supporters of Donald Trump stormed the Capitol building in a harrowing bid to overturn the election results.

An emergency order put in place on Wednesday has been extended until Jan. 21.
