WATCH: How Ruth Bader Ginsburg approached motherhood and her career

PBS, 23 Sep 2020
“She talked about motherhood as a respite from her other life, which was law. And law was a respite from motherhood,” The National Law Journal's Marcia Coyle said of the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Coyle added that Ginsburg credited her success to being challenged with raising a daughter while in law school. Once, when Ginsburg was asked if women could have it all, she replied, “You can’t have it all at once,” but added, “over my life span, I think I have had it all.” Coyle spoke with the PBS NewsHour's national correspondent John Yang on Sept. 22 about the life and legacy of the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
