Nearly six months after the first American has died from coronavirus, Rep. James Clyburn, (D)-S.C., said the federal government has failed to launch a national strategy against COVID-19. His remarks came in a House subcommittee meeting ahead of testimony from Dr. Anthony Fauci from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease, Dr. Robert Redfield from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and Admiral Brett Giroir of the Department of Health and Human Services.
