WATCH: What you need to know about mail-in voting in 2020

Coronavirus concerns are causing many Americans to rethink how they will cast their votes in November. Mail-in voting is one option many people are considering for the first time, but who is eligible to vote by mail and the process of doing so is different in every state, even as many states work to ease restrictions on mail voting in response to the pandemic. As William Brangham reports, if you're planning to vote by mail, do your homework, and do it early.
