'We're making big strides' says Hancock as more than 20 million people receive vaccines across UK

More than a third of the UK’s adult population have now been given their first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, latest figures show.

The Government said more than 20 million people in the UK have now been given their first dose.

Matt Hancock, Health Secretary, said vaccinating more than 20 million people against coronavirus across the UK is a "magnificent achievement for the country".
