White police officer stuns unarmed black man and is charged with assault and battery

A police officer who struck a man with a stun gun twice despite attempts by other police officers to de-escalate the situation has been charged with assault and battery.

The disturbing incident was captured on bodycam and was released by Fairfax County Police in Virgina, US.
