You might think we’re well equipped to fight flu by now but this year represents a “completely new challenge”, according to Health Editor Laura Donnelly.
Health chiefs have warned that flu deaths could be the worst for 50 years, as the NHS launches the biggest ever flu vaccination drive.
As explained in the video above, cases of flu in the community went down by up to 95% in 2020, mostly due to Covid-fighting measures that limited interaction.
