Worst rainfall 'in millenium' kills dozens, wreaks infrastructural havoc

Severe rainfall has left China's Henan province devastated, with transport infrastructure wiped out and dams breached. At least 33 are confirmed dead and 250,000 have been moved to safety, with about three million affected in total, authorities say.
