2021 Year in Review: In conversation with Alberta Premier Jason Kenney
CA, 02 Jan 2022
In a year end interview with provincial affairs reporter Tom Vernon, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney discusses how he’s handled the COVID-19 pandemic.
The discussion touches on the mistakes made along the way, like the sky palace dinner and Aloha-gate, and whether he regrets completely reopening the economy in July ahead of the deadly fourth wave.
We also hear his thoughts on the economy, and controversial policies like the new draft curriculum and the government’s attempts to open up coal mining on the eastern slopes.
